Weight Loss Injections

Includes:  Four consecutive weekly appointments with the nurse. This fee also covers 1 injection each week. Missed appointments will be forfeited – no refunds will be given.

Appointments can be rescheduled if notification if given 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Electronic body analysis will be given monthly at no additional fee to monitor muscle mass, body fat %, etc. An appetite suppressant prescription is available for patients actively participating in our weight loss program and requires weekly visits.

This is an option we provide not a requirement.
